He was predeceased by: his mother Rita "Cookie" Prancik; and his siblings, Michael and Dale Miklos. He is survived by: his daughter Kristin Donai (Joshua); his grandchildren, Camden, Sophia and Jaxson Donai; his father Regis J. Miklos; his sisters, Debbie McMurray (Billy) and Diana Sulkowski Miklos; his siblings' children, Craig (Hope), Leah Sulkowski and Jordan Boscia; and his close friend Gary Stephany.
