David Robert Brewton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Robert Brewton (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 10, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert Godshall; his son-in-law Kenneth Riling; and his sister-in-law Jo Ellen Brewton. He is survived by: his mother Doris Seader Brewton; his wife Barbara Brewton (Buckingham); his children, Peter (Jennifer Hayes), Joel, Anna (Ryan Jackson) and Thomas; his grandchildren, Ellie, James, Tinsley, Izzy and Zeke; his siblings, Steve Brewton (Judy Brewton) and Beverly James (Dick James); and also Anthony Martin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Friendship Community Presbyterian Church (181 Robinson St, Pittsburgh, PA 15213). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Eastminster Presbyterian Church (250 N Highland Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15206).
