He was predeceased by: his parents, David Smith and Dorothy Smith; his sister Barbara Kelton; his granddaughter Jaime; and his great grandchild Deklan.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Smith; Marie, Debbie Vick (Dave), Donna Young (Scott), David Smith III (Lisa), Darsi Wilson (Nate), Daryl Smith (Patty), Daren Smith, Deane Smith and Dayna Smith. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
