He is survived by: his father Alan Slutsky; his brother Marc Slutsky of Warren, OH; his cousins, Jerry Winter of Tucson, AZ, Gary Winter of San Francisco, CA and Sandee Raven of Los Angeles; and his close friend Neal Samuels (Debbie Weiner) of Pittsburgh, PA.
