She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Kuntz Sr.; and her brother Clyde Kuntz Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Dawn (Will) of Washington, Jadyn Mathews, Desiree Smith and Zackary Smith; her grandson Josiah Mathews-Scharding; her mother Kathleen Stein; and her siblings, Dave Kuntz Sr. (Amy) and Christine Kuntz.
