She is survived by: her children, Craig Sulkowski (Hope) and Leah Sulkowski; her grandchildren, Evianna and Carson Sulkowski; her father Regis J. Prancik; and her sister Deborah McMurray (Billy).
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery (204 Cemetery Ln, Pittsburgh, PA 15237).
