She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Costello and Pauline Costello; her husband Lloyd "Jack" Ford; her son Jack Tepke III; and her siblings, Agnes Launer, Robert, Donald and Richard Costello.

She is survived by: her children, Timothy Ford (Jean) and Michelle Auth (Alan); her grandchildren, Stephen, Sarah Ford, Nicole Kitchens (Sam) and Shawna Tepke (Matt); her great grandchildren, Olivia and Jax; and her siblings, Audrey Johnston, Cecelia Costello, Thomas Costello, Nicholas Costello and Rita Costello.

Memorial contributions in Dolores's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
