She was predeceased by: her husband David Lee, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Donna Banks Mayes (Bryan), David (Catherine), William (Lisa), James (Rose) and Daniel (Wendy); and her grandchildren, Robert, Krista, David, Alan, Carolyn, Katie, Daniel and Derek. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
