He is survived by: his wife Shirley Cotra (DeKleva); his children, Darlene Anselm (David) and Michael Cotra (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Brian Anselm (Alice Agassandian), Josh Anselm (Katherine) and Caroline Oakley (Austin).
