He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Edwin Bell. He is survived by: his mother Doris Colvin Bell of Pittsburgh; his siblings, Thomas Bell, Kathryn Sacks and Virginia Bell; his niece Marissa Bell Toffoli; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Raphael, Jasmine and Andre; and his siblings' children, Alina Bell, Yael Sacks, Yocheved Jacob, Samuel Blustein and Jacob Blustein.
