Donald G. Klein Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald G. Klein (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 26, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Nancy Reinhart (late Harry), Dave Klein (Mary) and Kathy Brownlee (late Harry); his wife Joyce (Schoenberger); his sons, Don, Rick (Kate) and Michael (Danielle); his grandchildren, Brittney, DJ Klein, Miranda (Nicholas), Tanner (Dana), Easton Klein (Bridget) and Grace Klein; and his significant other Tom Panasko. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc. (4201 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227). A prayer will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Blessed Trinity Parish (3754 Brownsville Rd, Brentwood, PA 15227). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to the American Legion Post #935, 280 Joseph Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15227.
