He was predeceased by: his father Donald E. Hawk II; and his stepfather Martin Seman. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen DeMauro of Ellwood City; his wife Vilma; his sister Angela Nickum of Cranberry Twp; his nephew Landon Nickum; and his nieces, Lilia and Luica Nickum. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
