He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald M. Sr. Justice and Lois V. Justice; his brother Billy Bayerlein; his in-laws, Gene, Bert Finale, Diane Gargis and Lori Finale; and his pet Hunter.
He is survived by: the mother of his children Lin Finale; his children, Mike and Sandy Finale; his grandchildren, Skylar, Haleigh, Gabe, Holden and Livi Finale; his siblings, Bob Bayerlein, Ron, Rick, Loie, Rusty, Randy and Homer Justice; his in-laws, Kerry Gargis and Tim Finale; and his brothers, Rich and Perry. He is also survived by spouses; 23 nieces & nephews.
