He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Miriam "Mimi" Polasky Protetch; his children, Jack Protetch (Garrett Flaherty) and Marci Protetch; his sisters, Geraldine Shulan (late Leonard Shulan) and Dolores Protetch; his grandchild Abbey Plumb; his nieces, Marlene of Florida and Ilene Shulan of Florida; his nephew Jeffrey Kossis of Florida; his great-nephews, Lyle Kossis of Virginia and Jason Kossis (Sarah) of Georgia; and his parents, Isaac Protetch and Minnie Krell Protetch. He was also cherished by his family, he was a blessing to his wife and younger sister.
