He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Lackey Black; his children, Dana Black, Lori Black-Trusky (Ken Trusky), Donald Black Jr. (Melissa Black) and Amanda Black-Baumgarner (Chuck Baumgarner); and his grandchildren, Jacob Trusky, Katie Black, Amber Trusky, Ella Black, Molly McGrath, Bridget McGrath, Shannon McGrath and Carsten Black.
