He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia A. Rearick (Fulton). He is survived by: his father William M. Rearick; his wife Karen A. Rearick (Bocchi) of Kiskiminetas Township; his sons, Zachary C. Rearick (Tricia) of Ford City and Johnathan D. Rearick (Kodie) of Ford City; his grandsons, Waylon and Isaac; and his sister Lori Headley (Bill) of Ford City.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, Inc. (170 Main St, Leechburg, PA 15656). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Doug may be made to the Bluegrass Relief Fund Inc., 113 Annie Lane, Zelienople, PA 16063.
