It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith C. (Slattery) Best (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 22, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Slattery and Philomena Slattery; her spouse Francis E. Best; and her brother Gerald Slattery (Sharon). She is survived by: her sons, Gary F. Best (Michele) and Kurt E. Best (Ann); her siblings, Robert Slattery (late Betty) and Mary Grace Slattery; and her grandchildren, Katherine and Jeremy Best. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contribution in her memory can be made to Magnolia Place of Saxonburg.
