It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Sims (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), born in Nanty Glo, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Leslie Schrock and Zelphia Schrock; and her husband William R. Sims. She is survived by : her sons, Stanley B. Whiteman, Jr., Daniel L. Whiteman, Sr. (Linda Whiteman) and David G. Sims; and her grandchildren, Karen Whiteman Casper, Dan Whiteman, Jr., Nicole Whiteman Adams, Steven Whiteman, Stanley Whiteman III, Stacy Whiteman Hewlett, Valerie Sims Bright, John Sims and Joseph Sims. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
