He was predeceased by: his wife Sara Hrdlicka (Painter); and his brother William Hrdlicka. He is survived by: his children, Edward Hrdlicka, Deborah Heiser, Linda Hrdlicka and Richard Hrdlicka; his siblings, Robert Hrdlicka and Mary Ann Catalano; and his friend Carol Myers. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
