With solemn reverence, we commemorate Ellen E. Thompson of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, whose life came to an end on December 17, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Barbara Thompson of Pittsburgh and Douglas (Marla); her grandchild Chase Thompson of Anchorage; her brothers, Howard Coon (Bonnie McAndrew) and Darl Coon (Janice); her parents, Lloyd Coon and Corinne Coon (Switzer); her husband Warren E. Thompson; and her siblings, Thelma Parish (Guy), Claire, Arthur (Beverly) and Gerald Coon (Alice). She was also cherished by 8 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Cedar Lane Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Ellen's memory.
