He was predeceased by: his sibling Byron Kramer. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Pattak (Alan) of Pittsburgh, Robin Boles (Michael) of Scotland, Michael Slotsky of Pittsburgh, Marcie Katzen (Hank) of Orlando, FL and Caryn Slotsky (Thad Zeitler) of Newton, MA.; his sister-in-law Edie Kramer; his grandchildren, Cory, Barrie (Alex), Blair, Malcolm, Max (Elana) and Mason; his great grandchildren, Arthur and Teddy; and his close friend Joe Blume. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many friends.
