He is survived by: his parents, Catherine Kuczma and Norbert Kuczma; his sibling Natalie Hanna (Joshua) of Rebekah Kuczma; his son Jude; his friends, Joe Kuchta and Tim Conannon; and also Barbara Ehrlich.
