He was predeceased by: his sons, David Rascoe and Todd Rascoe; his brother Leon Rascoe; his stepsister Joann Bierman; and his sister-in-law Sarah Heyden.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Rascoe and Beth Kilinc; his children-in-law, Betsy Rascoe, Batia Rascoe and Aykut Kilinc; his stepdaughters, Eileen Cason (Mark) and Patricia Bregman; his grandchildren, Avi, Daniel, Alexander (Erin), Benjamin (Bari), Sarah, Alana, Shira (Benjamin), Ariel, Amallia and Jonah; his stepgrandchildren, Adam Cason (Molly) and Sarah McLarin (Chad); his great grandchild Blair Vivienne; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Anabelle, Benjamin and Sutton; his nieces and nephews, Judy Bierman, Scott Bierman, Leslie Heyden, John Heyden and Nancy Heyden; and his friend David Weis. He is also survived by family grew to a loving clan of daughters-in-law and grandchildren.
