Chulack of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, born in Widnoon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Chulack; her parents, George Cobbett and Anna Cobbett (Forringer); and her siblings, Ed, Raymond, Harve, Paul, Richie Cobbett, Josephine Crissman and Marion Keeler.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Burik (Bud) of Sumter, SC and Nancy Panza of Glenshaw, PA; her grandchildren, Nicole Panza (Kevin LoPresto) of Florence, SC and Jeffrey Panza (Melinda Angeles) of Pittsburgh, PA; and her great grandchild Marin Panza.
