She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Coleman and Lena Coleman; and her husband Melvin Washington Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Marsha Renee Chambers (Paul) and Melvin Washington, Jr.; her grandchildren, Birttany Chambers, Courtney Crystian (Rhyan) and Paulena Chambers; and her great grandchildren, Trinity and Lilith.
