He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Maynard and Ora Blanchard Maynard; and his wife Ana Acosta Maynard. He is survived by: his children, John Maynard (Mary Jo), Lucinda Simmons (Ed) and Catherine Laquatra (Michael); his grandchildren, John Maynard (Brittany), Krystal Tirado (Ben), Eddie Simmons, Michael Simmons and Juliana Laquatra; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Dustin, Mia, Vincent and Nico.
