He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Frank L. DeFurio and Josephine DeFurio (Murphy); and his sister Suzanne. He is survived by: his children, Lori DeFurio of Rochester, Sherri Ellis (Mike) of Ithaca and Anthony J. DeFurio (Rachel) of Redondo Beach, CA; his grandchildren, Zachary Winters (Rachel), Conlan DeFurio, Emma Ellis and Lieta DeFurio; his great grandchildren, Penelope Winters and Oliver Winters; and his sister Mary Ann Alger. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
