He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McLaughlin (Sonny) and Virginia McLaughlin (Ginny); and his sibling's children, Joey and Anthony Amato. He is survived by: his pets, Pepper, Lucy, Black Kitty, Kitty Cattica and Cecil; his daughter Blaise Rulli; his siblings, Terry McLaughlin, Timmy McLaughlin (Rita), Karen Navarra (Dave), Virginia Hart (Ginger) and Melinda McLaughlin; his siblings' children, Brenda Brandau, Melissa Smith (Chuck), Ryan Romano, Melinda Hart and Michael McLaughlin; his uncle Pete O'Connor; and his friends, Roslyn, Paulette and Debi.
In lieu of flowers, Frankie would have preferred donations to the Washington County Humane Society, Route 136, Washington, PA.
