It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank David Szallay of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, born in Brownsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank John Szallay, Jr. and Julia Dorothy Szallay (Tompos); his sister Suzanne Campbell; and his pet Ella. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Szallay (Vogt); his daughter Jodie; his son-in-law Eric Welser of Pittsburgh; his stepson Chris Rusmisel; his granddaughters, Aubrey and Hallie Rusmisel of Claysville, PA; his sister Marlene; his brother-in-law Ralph Pepper of Levittown, PA.; and also, Natalie Santini, Adam and Paul Jack. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
