Though Fred has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Spec and Rose Spec (Rafferty); and his sister Eileen Graff. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Shanna Phillips (Joshua) and Kelsey Hoffman (Benjamin); his grandchildren, Emily Rose Spec and Grayson Hoffman; and his brothers, Ray Spec (Renee) and Ed Spec (Mary Ellen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
