He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arthur, Betha Bennett Trunzo, Robert and Tina Riddle. He is survived by: his parents, Jean Reif (Riddle) of New Jersey and Frederic Gerald Trunzo, Sr. (Marty Mills) of Indiana; his aunt Christine Cummins (Jim) of Homer City; his uncle Tom Trunzo (Sharon) of Homer City; and his cousins, Jeff Forsha (Melissa), Jill Forsha Endress (George Jr.), Darcy Trunzo, Dakota, Austin, Mariah, Brendan and Ryan.
Fred's final act was to give the gift of life through organ, eye, and tissue donation.
