He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick McCullough and Clara McCullough (Huff); his siblings, Patricia McKenna, Mary Lou Shontz, Patrick McCullough, Kathleen Marie Evans and Lawrence McCullough; and his brother-in-law George Frost.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann McCullough (Nedley); his sons, Christopher Aaron (Meui McKiblin) and Jason Frederick (Dawn Lehman); and his grandchildren, Bree Isabel, Jackson Caleb, Shekina Liberty Lynn and Nadine Stella Star.
