It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Scharpf (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Scharpf and Mabel Scharpf; his brothers, William and Charles Scharpf; and his significant other Kathryn Leticia Scharpf.

He is survived by: his children, Eric Scharpf (MaryLou), Greg Scharpf (Peggy) and Katie Wilson (John). He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren who he adored and his 8 great-grandchildren.
