He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Ribblett; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his children, Debra Eperthener (late Charles), Paul Ribblett, Janice Sontag (Edward) and Shawn Ribblett.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc. (4201 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (4301 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15236).
