She was predeceased by: her husband Gaetano. She is survived by: her children, Nick (Roseann) and Nancy; her grandchildren, Guy and Nico; and her brother Rosario Fava (Vincenza). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John N. Elachko Funeral Home (3447 Dawson St, Pittsburgh, PA 15213). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rosalia Church at St. Paul Cathedral Parish.
