He is survived by: his wife Kim Chaklos; his daughters, Kathy Chaklos and Michelle Buettner; his son-in-law Kirk Buettner; his grandson Jorden Chaklos; his brothers, Jack Chaklos and Michael Chaklos; and his sister-in-law Leslie Chaklos. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
