She was predeceased by : her husbands, Dr. Morton M. Tanner and Elliott "Bud" Lewis; her siblings, Ruth, Paul Jacobowitz and Leonard Rosenberg; and her close friend Lou Zeiden.
She is survived by : her children, Barbara Lewis Lanigan, Marc, Amy Lewis, Scott, Julia Lewis and Kimberly Lewis; her sister Susan; and her great grandchild Elliott Branch Lewis.
