He is survived by: his wife Donna Kichta; his children, Dr. Nicole M. Kichta, Sara Kichta-Banks (Matthew) and Harry J. Kichta; his grandchildren, Ella Kelly and Coltin James Banks; his siblings, Rebecca, Florence (late Midge), Lawrence (Daphne), Mark (Kim), Sheila (Mark) and Aleatha (Joe); and his sibling-in-law Thomas (Gretchen).
