She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Sladack; her daughter Diane Lynn Sladack; her parents, William Brazer and Ray Brazer; and her brother William Brazer.
She is survived by: her children, Debora Sundo (Douglas) and David Sladack (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Michael Sundo (Jamie), Matthew Sundo (Brittany), Marlena Sundo Musico (James) and Isabella Sladack; her great grandchildren, Madison, Luca, Jack, Kennedy, Joelle and Grace Sundo; and her siblings, Laray St. Clair and Katherine Stiefvater.
