He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Kubitz and Paul Kubitz; and his brother Donald Jay Kubitz (Rosalee Szabo). He is survived by: his wife Ethel Kubitz; his daughters, Jenifer Ann Fisch (Stephen) and Shari Dana Kubitz; his nieces and nephews, Laura Szabo-Kubitz, Philip Borcover and Lee Mark; his great-niece Sloane; Charlie and Bentley.
