He was predeceased by: his sister Rose Uscher (Datz). He is survived by: his wife Diane Datz (Segal); his sons, Marc of Pittsburgh, PA and David Datz of Pittsburgh, PA; and his siblings, Thelma Monstein (Datz) of Las Vegas, NV, Sol and George Datz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
