With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Milasincic (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 7, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irene Milasincic to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph P. Milasincic. She is survived by: her children, Anne Milasincic Andrews (Paul Weiss), Debra J. Milasincic and Christopher J. Milasincic (Neeta Milasincic); her sister Anne Louis Petras; her grandsons, Jax Milasincic and Andre Milasincic; and her stepgrandsons, Walter Weiss, Lucien Weiss and Maxwell Weiss. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a memorial mass and reception for family and friends will be scheduled at a later date.

Memorial gifts can be made to the Hillman Cancer Center at UPMC Passavant and the Alzheimer's Association.
