She was predeceased by: her parents, John Motichak and Mary Motichak; her husband Jack Schanbacher; and her children, Jack Schanbacher (Bernet) and Jan Schanbacher.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Shanahan (Ron); her grandchildren, Jack Schanbacher (Lindsay), Michele Schanbacher, Beth Shanahan, Carly Michalek (James), John Schanbacher and Jason Schanbacher; her great grandchildren, Nathan, Brantley, Jack, Christian, Sebastian, Alexander, Leo, Ransom and Augustus; and her niece Rosie Jarmulowski.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Stephen M. Brady Funeral Home Inc. (920 Cedar Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15212). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Stephen M. Brady Funeral Home (920 Cedar Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15212).
PA. 15212, Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday 10AM at St. Boniface Church (Christ Our Savior Parish), In lieu of flowers donations may be made to http://www.aviary.org. (There is an option on there to check a box, for memorial donations Schanbacher Family).
