He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Kotovsky and Dorothy Kotovsky; and his daughter Karen Foy. He is survived by: his spouse Cher Kotovsky (Goldman); his brother Kenneth Kotovsky (Avis); his sibling-in-law Merle Goldman; his granddaughter Rachel Foy; his nephew Jack Kotovsky (Elizabeth Cooper); and his niece Laura Kotovsky (Ran Libeskind-Hadas).
