He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bell (McCloskey); his son Jack Lee Bell, Jr. (Rondla); his grandchildren, Destinee and LaCrisha Bell; his great grandchildren, Jordyn, Romyn, Ryder, Harmony and Harley Rae; and his siblings, Isaac Bell, Emogene Wilson, Judith Ann Parrott, Robert Bell and Brenda Reed. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
