He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne L. Pincus; his parents, Abraham Pincus and Celia Pincus; his children, Carole F. Troup (Timothy) and Ronald H. Pincus (Susie); and his sibling Merle Bennett (Irving).

He is survived by: his son Steven Pincus (Clara); and his grandson Nathan Pincus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
