He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas M. Shanahan and Loretta R. Shanahan (Fuhr); and his sister Bernice Clyde Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Shanahan (Ziegler); his siblings, Thomas E. Shanahan (Rosemary) and Eileen Wick Stinson; and his niece Carole Shanahan.
