We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2021, at the age of 34, James Palmer McCarthy of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, born in Stoneham, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. McCarthy, III and Rachel Palmer McCarthy; and his uncle Richard Palmer, Jr. (Ann Holbrook Palmer) of Lunenburg. He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Douglas Palmer of Brewster, MA, Christine Palmer Taylor (Bruce) of Cheshire, CT, Jeffrey Palmer (Karen Wolley Palmer) of Manchester, NH, Joyce M. Kehoe of Melrose and Daniel McCarthy (Amanda) of Medford; his cousins, Nicholas Palmer, Daniel Palmer, Katie Palmer, Joseph Palmer, Maeve Taylor, Richard Graeme Taylor and Tracey Viselli (Michael); his girlfriend Samantha Ninni; and his pet Travis. He is also survived by his extended family, as well as many special friends.
