He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Pamplin and Rufus Keith; his siblings, Shirley, Liz, Little Man and Leon Lowe; and his grandson Jamal (Turtle Raphiel).
He is survived by: his wife Dildred Pamplin; his children, James L. Pamplin and Robin L. Walker Wright (Kevin); his grandchildren, Ashleee, Douglas, Daeja, Saudia, Semaj, James and Keyshawn; his siblings, Mary Louise, Freeman "PeeWee" (Raynell), Robert "Hot-Rod" (Renee), Joyce, Darlene, Francine (Ronald) and Velma; and his friend Chester "Bounce" Smith. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (2629 Wylie Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15219). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
