James Simmermon Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on November 18, 2025, at the age of 99, James Simmermon (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Carl and Melba McGeary Simmermon; and his wife Lois Jane Bowden Simmermon. He is survived by: his children, James K. (Karen) of Allegheny Township, Thomas (Patricia) of Cranberry Township, John of Phoenix, AZ, Lisa of Fredericksburg, VA and William of Denver, CO.; his grandchildren, Elise Riggle, Anne Hunte (Haslyn), Natalie Porter (Joe Hermes), Zack, Blake and Vanessa Valderrama; and his great grandchildren, Trey, Nathan, Donovan, Ashton and Nash.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either Faith United Methodist Church Fox Chapel or the Alzheimer's Association.
